A year ago we were putting the finishing touches on our latest release, Wake. A year later, we’re setting off into something new. Our vocalist, Drummer Lyons, will no longer be a part of Under The Given. The split is amicable and is in the interest of both parties. Drummer is going to pursue his own musical interests, and we wish him the best. Under The Given is going the way of the instruments; no vocalist. We already have a new song in a new style – a style defined by groove, space, simplicity and emotion. It’s a departure from our older material, which is very inspiring and refreshing for us, and we hope it makes you feel the same way.

Our last show with Drummer is this Saturday July 31st at Studio Seven.
